Victorian Dress Up Day!

We have really enjoyed our Florence Nightingale topic this term and couldn't wait to finish our topic off with a fun Victorian dress up day! The children looked fabulous in their costumes. We acted out Florence's life story and wrote a letter so her as if we were a soldier. Well done for your fantastic effort!

Well done to all the children for your fantastic spotty dress up yesterday and thank you for your generous donations to Children in Need. We had a really fun day in Lobsters. We baked and decorated Pudsey cookies, took part in the 'Judy Murray Tennis Thing' challenge and made our own Pudsey masks. Here's some of our photos...

Thank you to the PTFA for help funding a Numicon class pack for each class. We love it! The year 1s have been using it to help them to count, read and write numbers up to 20.
