We firmly believe that there should be a clear culture built where we can all get along positively, promoting responsibility towards others and being able to stand up for things that we perceive as being wrong or unjust.  This follows our overarching aim, which is to make a positive difference in God’s world and to be active and responsible citizens who care for our community, whether familial, local or global.   

Relationships are at the heart of all we do and, through positive engagement, we support our pupils to have a voice, speaking to different adults where they feel that something is wrong and encouraging them to believe that they can act and achieve great things. 

We have a number of Pupil Voice groups who meet with different staff members to make important decisions about our school community.
