At Wool CE Primary School, we aim to deliver a broad Religious Education Curriculum to our children.   All children are taught a weekly RE lesson.  Learning sequences begin with big questions and children are encouraged to think deeply about their opinions, knowledge and understanding whilst exploring faith.  Our curriculum is based on a spiral model where key concepts are revisited as children progress through the school, but each time there is further challenge as it is explored through a slightly different lens.

We follow the Dorset locally agreed syllabus and use the 'Understanding Christianity' and 'Emmanuel Project' resources.  We teach various faiths including Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Humanism.
