Our Approach to Behaviour

At Wool CE Primary, our behaviour principles are aligned with our therapeutic thinking ethos and trauma informed approach.  We are committed to nurturing a positive and respectful culture within our setting  and we recognise that a behaviour is a form of communication.  Our Relationships and Behaviour Policy captures  our approach (see Policies page) but we have also compiled our Behaviour Curriculum to share our multi-layered approach to teaching valued behaviours.
