Oak Class Autumn Crumble
As part of our autumnal harvest celebration and learning we picked plums, chopped and cut up apples, pears, plums and added blackberries.
We "tickled" the crumble mixture ingredients before we took everything to the kitchen to cook the fruit and combine the fruit with the crumble mixture and placed it in the oven. Tummies rumbled all day!
Despite Mr Charman offering to taste the crumble on behalf of the children, he was unanimously reminded that "sharing is caring." Generous to a fault Mr Charman and Mrs Harris dished out the crumble and to date have yet to try any! Their tummies might be rumbling tomorrow.
We both hope the children enjoyed their crumble.
