World Down Syndrome Day
We ended our second week back by supporting World Down Syndrome Day.
Children and staff came into school wearing brightly coloured socks, odd socks and even some custom made socks with decorations stitched onto them. A prize was awarded for the wackiest socks.
In the afternoon we had a special visitor, Sally the Shetland Pony. Sally is owned by Hunni and we thought it would be a fantastic opportunity for Hunni to share one of her hobbies with her classmates.
A fantastic day was had by all.
